Peninsula’s team is comprised of real estate and investment experts who are leaders in their respective fields. Our team is Peninsula’s most valuable asset, bringing together numerous years of regional experience in the Middle East.
Together, the team has extensive transaction, asset management and valuation expertise in all real estate sectors in the region, including office, logistics, hospitality, residential and retail. All have a wealth of international investment experience covering the major asset classes: public and private equities, fixed income and, of course, real estate.

Moritz Eckert is an Investment Director at Peninsula Real Estate reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. His primary responsibilities include investment underwriting, in-depth investment valuation, and due diligence of prospective real estate assets.

As the Finance Director at Peninsula Real Estate, Rahul is primarily responsible for supporting both the COO & CFO in planning and controlling all of the Group’s operational and financial related activities.
