About Hannah

Hannah is the Chief Operating Officer for Peninsula Real Estate, reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. She is responsible for company-wide operations, overall day-to-day team administration and company culture. Hannah joined Peninsula in February 2019 as a founding team member and ensures that the details of the execution of the business plan are aligned to the overall company strategy. Hannah is a member of Peninsula’s Investment Committee.

Hannah began her career as a graduate surveyor in London with the global real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield. She then joined the CMBS Structured Finance team at Standard and Poor’s in London as a ratings specialist analysing commercial mortgage backed securitisation transactions across a range of European jurisdictions and asset classes.

In 2008, Hannah moved to Dubai and re-joined Cushman & Wakefield, where she launched the Middle East business of the global real estate consultancy and was Head of the Dubai Office.

In 2012, Hannah joined Emirates REIT Management (which is now part of the Equitativa Group). As Senior Executive Officer, she grew the team to 25 individuals with AED 2.7 billion of assets under management, across 8 commercial properties in Dubai covering 1.8 million sq ft. Hannah led the successful IPO of Emirates REIT on NASDAQ Dubai in April 2014 which raised over USD 200 million from international and GCC investors.

After leaving Emirates REIT, Hannah worked as a consultant for a PropTech start up and advised a DIFC based REIT in the early stages of preparing for their IPO.

Hannah is a member of Peninsula’s Sustainability Committee.
