About Moritz

Moritz Eckert is an Investment Director at Peninsula Real Estate reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. His primary responsibilities include investment underwriting, in-depth investment valuation, and due diligence of prospective real estate assets. He also leads Peninsula’s development of analytics and visualization tools.

Prior to joining Peninsula, Moritz worked for Dubai Holding Real Estate’s Strategy department where he focused on project underwriting, asset pricing, forecasting and monitoring of existing assets and future projects. Also based in Dubai, he worked for Nshama in Business Development, assessing the financial viability, design and launch strategy of future developments, with a focus on pricing and analytics.
