Peninsula’s team is comprised of real estate and investment experts who are leaders in their respective fields. Our team is Peninsula’s most valuable asset, bringing together numerous years of experience across the GCC.
Together, the team has extensive transaction, asset management and valuation expertise in all real estate sectors in the region, including logistics, industrial, offices, retail, residential, hospitality and leisure. All have a wealth of international investment experience covering the major asset classes: public and private equities, fixed income and, of course, real estate.

Executive Director / CEO
James is the Chief Executive Officer of Peninsula Real Estate and leads the company’s overall strategic plan.
Chief Operating Officer
Hannah is the Chief Operating Officer for Peninsula Real Estate. She is responsible for company-wide operations, overall day-to-day team administration and company culture.
Chief Investment Officer
Antonio Albuquerque is the Chief Investment Officer at Peninsula Real Estate
Investment Director
Moritz Eckert is an Investment Director at Peninsula Real Estate reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. His primary responsibilities include investment underwriting, in-depth investment valuation, and due diligence of prospective real estate assets.
Finance Director
Ankush is Peninsula’s Financial Director. He is primarily responsible for overseeing Peninsula’s digitalised financial records of its real estate portfolio, which also doubles up as the primary source of information for portfolio management decisions.
Graphic Designer
Arby is the Graphic Designer at Peninsula Real Estate and his primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining Peninsula’s marketing and visual identity.
Office Administrator
Grace is Peninsula Real Estate’s Office Administrator, where she undertakes a wide variety of administrative and office tasks and responsibilities.
