Peninsula’s team is comprised of real estate and investment experts who are leaders in their respective fields. Our team is Peninsula’s most valuable asset, bringing together numerous years of experience across the GCC.
Together, the team has extensive transaction, asset management and valuation expertise in all real estate sectors in the region, including logistics, industrial, offices, retail, residential, hospitality and leisure. All have a wealth of international investment experience covering the major asset classes: public and private equities, fixed income and, of course, real estate.

Executive Director / CEO
James is the Chief Executive Officer of Peninsula Real Estate and leads the company’s overall strategic plan.
Chief Operating Officer
Hannah is the Chief Operating Officer for Peninsula Real Estate. She is responsible for company-wide operations, overall day-to-day team administration and company culture.
Chief Financial Officer
Adel Yassin is the Chief Financial Officer at Peninsula Real Estate. He is primarily responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities.

Antonio Albuquerque is the Chief Investment Officer at Peninsula Real Estate
Head of Asset Management
David is the Head of Asset Management at Peninsula Real Estate. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including asset management and asset value optimisation, with a clear vision to increase revenues and reduce costs.
Investment Director
Laurene is an Investment Director at Peninsula Real Estate, where she works with the Chief Investment Officer in the acquisitions team. Her primary responsibilities include transaction structuring, due diligence and financial modeling of prospective assets.
Investment Director
Moritz Eckert is an Investment Director at Peninsula Real Estate reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. His primary responsibilities include investment underwriting, in-depth investment valuation, and due diligence of prospective real estate assets.
Facilities Management Director
Daniel is the Facilities Management Director for Peninsula, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing all site FM deliverables, measuring and improving performance of service partners, and to work closely with colleagues to ensure alignment of building and portfolio wide strategies.
Finance Director
As the Finance Director at Peninsula Real Estate, Rahul is primarily responsible for supporting both the COO & CFO in planning and controlling all of the Group’s operational and financial related activities.
Financial Controller
Ankush is Peninsula’s Financial Controller. He is primarily responsible for overseeing Peninsula’s digitalised financial records of its real estate portfolio, which also doubles up as the primary source of information for portfolio management decisions.
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Alex joined Peninsula in 2020 and is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and General Office Manager. Alex is responsible for the overall smooth and efficient running of the organization.
Graphic Designer
Arby is the Graphic Designer at Peninsula Real Estate and his primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining Peninsula’s marketing and visual identity.
Office Administrator
Grace is Peninsula Real Estate’s Office Administrator, where she undertakes a wide variety of administrative and office tasks and responsibilities.
