About Murshed

Mr. Murshed Al Redaini is the Chairman of the Company’s Board and is the Advisor to the Chairman of YAS Holding, prior to which he held the position of Group CEO at YAS Holding, having been with the company since its inception in 2006. YAS Holding has 7,500 employees and 65 portfolio companies in 12 countries. Previously, Mr Al Redaini was Founder and CEO of C4 Advanced Solutions (now an EDGE Group company). Mr. Al Redaini was also a member of the board of SHUAA Capital and Mira Bank, Serbia.

Under his leadership, the group delivered acquisitions spanning vital economic sectors, including agriculture, food, healthcare, education, aviation, real estate, and technology services. Mr. Al Redaini also led the group’s expansion into international markets, including Serbia, Morocco, Mauritania, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Egypt.

Mr. Al Redaini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the USA and an MBA from the UAE.
