About Sam

Sam Morris is the Head of Real Estate at Peninsula Real Estate. He is responsible for the front-end valuation of all potential acquisitions, as well as overseeing the bi-annual portfolio valuation process and assessing the impact of asset management strategies on Peninsula’s portfolio valuation. Sam is a UK qualified RICS/IVSC real estate valuation expert, with extensive development, asset management and advisory experience. Sam is a member of Peninsula’s Investment Committee.

Sam started his career in London in 2004, valuing complex real estate assets across the UK and Europe. He later moved to Dubai in 2008 to join Majid Al Futtaim Properties, providing strategic valuation and asset management advice across MAF’s entire multi-billion-dollar, cross-MENA portfolio.

In 2011, Sam joined Deloitte Corporate Finance advising Clients on their global real estate portfolios. Whilst working for Deloitte, Sam was the lead valuer for one the largest real estate portfolio valuations globally, valuing assets across the USA, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

In April 2014, Sam moved to ADIB’s real estate arm, MPM, as the Head of the Valuation Department and General Manager of the Dubai office. Sam was responsible for the growth of the valuation department and upholding professional standards, as well as all service lines in Dubai. More recently, Sam joined Investbridge Capital, a DFSA regulated real estate focused private asset management and advisory firm, backed by a number of UHNW’s. His role at IBC varied covering asset management, corporate advisory, development management and capital structuring & sourcing, as well as deal origination.
