About David

David is the Head of Asset Management at Peninsula Real Estate. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including asset management and asset value optimisation, with a clear vision to increase revenues and reduce costs. David is a member of Peninsula’s Investment Committee.

David started his career in London in 1999. As a graduate surveyor, David focused on retail property across the UK, predominately carrying out rent reviews and leasing functions for both landlords and tenants.

He then joined Deloitte where he worked with both private and public landowners to regenerate dilapidated town centres across the UK.

In 2008, David moved to Abu Dhabi to join Aldar Properties to work on the mixed use assets within the development and operations team. Two years later, David joined JLL to set up the Property and Asset Management Services business in MENA.

With over 12 years at JLL, David grew the business to over 40 people and revenues to $6 million. David was actively involved in multiple projects in the UAE and KSA such as Saudi Aramco and PIF.

David is a member of Peninsula’s Sustainability Committee.
